DHTML submenu: Fixed the mouse over issue where sometimes it stays open for no reason

I had been working on rewriting a lot with FfvB but was unprepared for 3.6's release, so I had to patch up my work to release a 3.6 compatible version... which means it's not working quite as well as I'd like, for example, ignored threads/users do not disappear instantly any more.

I am working on fixes for this and hope to have a new and improved FfvB released some time soon.
