 Firefox, while truly better than other browsers in some ways, is far from perfect. But one thing they did get perfect was giving us the ability to make changes, fixes and other tweaks to make it just the way we want it.
This section will continue to add new tweaks and adjustments to help make Firefox run faster, more efficiently and look better.

For those of you who are all things Mozilla and use Thunderbird for your email, I thought I'd share this very simple little tidbit of information. It's something that has frustrated me greatly and I never would have known the solution was so simple if I didn't just go and look for myself...

If your computer is used by more than one person, even if you both use the same windows account (on a PC), you may not like to have Firefox set up the same. For example, I use the NoScript extension which disables a lot of functionality on sites until I allowed it... this drives my wife nuts. Many people don't realize that Firefox comes with a Profile Manager for just such an emergency, which allows you to keep profiles separate from each other.... bookmarks, paswords, settings and even extensions are kept separate to each profile.

Whether you do programming, extension development or just make sites.... these tools will help you out by giving you information faster, more efficiently. You'll still have to do the writing, but at least you won't have to spend months searching online to find the pesky ID or class name to something that should be rather simple.... these extensions will help!

The majority of us aren't computer experts, internet experts and certainly not security experts. It's for this reason that there are some Firefox extensions out there that help make the internet better, faster and safer. I'd like to share some of my recommendations for the average user. If you are a pro, these may or may not interest you... don't expect to find any web development extensions suggested. If you are not a pro, take a look... these may just save your life!! Ok, not really but they might make life a little easier/safer.
